Michel structured the LBO of SAARI, a software publisher and became COO of the company until it was sold to SAGE group.
Before that, he was member of the cabinet of the French Minister of Industrial Affairs and later was also in charge of a business unit of the software firm STERIA.

He was the initial investor of many companies like the KELKOO shopping guide ( sold 500 M€ to Yahoo) or INVENTEL set-top box manufacturer sold to Thomson.

He is now following DOLMEN ( Local Marketing ) and INNOVORDER ( Software publisher for restaurants ).

Michel is graduated from French Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE.
